Laboratories
At FNG we also have a laboratory for the characterisation of the irradiated samples and materials, which can be used for research purposes and, upon request, by the users of the facility.
The available instrumentation include:
- Detectors for measurements using activation techniques
- HPGe for X- and gamma-ray spectroscopy
- Dosimetry (TLDs, neutrons)
- General purpose data acquisition systems (digitisers, multichannel analysers)
